Time: 10 min Ingredients:
· 1 cup margarine
· 1 ½ cup sugar
· 2 eggs

2 ¾cup
self-rising flour
·
2
teaspoons cream of tartar
·
1
teaspoon baking soda
·
¼teaspoon
salt
Coating:
·
2 tablespoons sugar
· 2
teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1.
Mix the cinnamon with
the sugar in a bowl and set aside.
2.
Mix the margarine,
sugar and eggs.
3.
Add the dry
ingredients and form small balls.
4.
Roll the balls in the
cinnamon/sugar mixture.
5.
Place on a baking
sheet 5 centimeters apart (they spread as they bake).
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
at 190o Celsius (375o Farenheit) till they are just turning
golden brown. Some ovens may take a bit longer, but you need to watch
carefully.
7.
Remove from the tray
immediately with a spatula and put on a rack to cool.
